2019 373 Group Awards celebrate unsung heroes

Over 100 businesses attended the 373 Group’s sell out 2019 Awards evening at Escot House, all there to celebrate the achievements of so many unsung business heroes.  Escot House was transformed into the epicentre of networking vitality, as all in attendance waited in anticipation for the 10 Awards of the friendliest networking group in the South West.

In addition to Sleep expert, Stephanie Romiszewski, from Channel Four’s ‘The Secret of Sleep’, who fascinated all with her insights, there were inputs from Pete's Dragons Founder, Alison Jordan, and some vibrant networking.

Once again, the 2019 Awards were sponsored by Griffin Chartered Accountants. Misty Nickells, Partner and co-founder of Griffin, stressed that the awards are one of the few that “recognise the hard work of all companies, from those starting up to those who have been in business for years, they acknowledge and reward the challenges of all business at any level”.

Once again, the awards evening was bigger than ever, with over 250 businesses and individuals nominated.  For the first time, this year’s Awards Evening included a Highly Commended award, to commemorate the “great quality of this year’s nominations” as Tom Hope the co-founder of the 373 Group, explained.

Chris Lorimer, co founder of the 373 Group, summed up neatly, "It was a cracking evening with laughter, tears and lots of inspiration.  Small business in the South West is vibrant, innovative and passionate - and the 373 Group is delighted to provide the forum to celebrate it."
